Organizational and methodological aspects of the preparation of gifted children in educational institutions

The paper shows that when working with gifted children, teachers should become mentors, who not only have to be always ready to provide the child psychological and intellectual support, but which must be characterized by a high degree of empathy and sotsiorefleksii.
