Organizational and methodological support of educational activities in professional educational organizations of the Sverdlovsk region: from creation of conditions to setting tasks

The article summarizes the regional experience of organizational and methodological support of educational activities in professional educational organizations of the Sverdlovsk region for 2019-2023, during which there were significant changes in the regulatory framework of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of education, which became the basis for qualitative changes in building organizational-methodological support for the education of students of secondary vocational education. The features, level and mechanisms for the formation of general competencies of students in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for secondary vocational education of different generations, identified during the study, became the basis for the development of work education programs and plans for educational activities in regional professional educational organizations. The results of monitoring the quality of educational work programs and calendar plans for educational work made it possible to determine the level of quality of the required educational conditions created in professional educational organizations and updated the need for teachers to develop the skills to set and solve educational tasks in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. The need to create pedagogical conditions for education aimed at developing students’ general competencies requires the formation of the most effective professionally oriented educational environment in each professional educational organization. Therefore, setting and implementing the tasks of educating students of a specific professional educational organization should be aimed at the conscious readiness of each of them to become a highly qualified specialist in their chosen professional activity and work for the benefit of the state and society, and high-quality organizational and methodological support of educational activities in professional educational organizations of the region should provide formation in each of them of an effective professionally oriented educational environment.
