Organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation teaching collective under market economy

The article discusses the role of teaching collective in improvement of educational institutions activities in training specialists. We analyzed the conditions of high schools and colleges’ competitiveness, current trends in improvement of pedagogical work, particularly collaborative activities in problem solving (team building). Characterological features of team building as a process are described. Basing on observation and questioning we identify needs of teachers in professional activities, discussed some difficulties arising in this activities, and clarified the conditions of teachers’ reorientation from professionals to transprofessionals in terms of the demographic state of society, stigma attached to teacher profession, contemporary financial policy, stagnation of teaching staff, lack of motivation to innovations. The article describes the modalities for formation of teacher teams on the basis of well-known methods of teacher activity management. In our opinion, today there is a need for training teachers in technology of collaborative activities, comprehensive diagnosis of their professional and personal capabilities, creation an atmosphere of shared interest in solving public problems.
