Organizational and pedagogical conditions for increasing the level of foreign language competence of students

The purpose of this article was to identify a number of organizational and pedagogical conditions that influence the learning process of university students and to select those that have a positive impact on the learning process. The article analyzes the concept of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” and definitions of organizational and pedagogical conditions that belong to various authors. The used survey methods, questionnaires, and literature review helped to identify such organizational and pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally significant competencies of students, in particular foreign language competence. The result of the work was a review of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the educational process, identification of criteria for effective learning and conditions leading to successful learning, comprehensive examination of the problem of designing the educational process in the field of foreign language teaching and creation of a number of methodological recommendations for improving the quality of education. The article structure reflects the research phases - from consideration of theoretical aspects of designing the educational process at university to the development of its practical aspects.
