The article deals with one of the ways of creating of organisational-pedagogical conditions for forming special bachelor (a primary school teacher to-be) professional competences. A training-simulator of the pedagogical activity is presented as an example of intensifying of the practical focus of education. The necessity of introduction of the training aimed at forming special competences of future teachers is substantiated.
