Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of cadets’ military and professional motivation at universities of the Russian guard

The development of the social and economic sphere in the modern conditions of modern Russia is subject to global changes, which often conflict with the meanings and values of the officer corps. In such conditions, the problem of formation of military-professional motivation of cadets becomes one of the most important for the universities of the Russian Guard. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of military-professional motivation and a description of the identified organizational and pedagogical conditions that increase the effectiveness of its formation. Military-professional motivation is the fundamental basis for the manifestation of educational and professional success in cadets, constant self-improvement in military professional activity. A set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of military-professional motivation of cadets of the Russian Guard was revealed:organization of a digital educational space at the university of the Russian Guard;inclusion of cadets in socially significant activities; 3) realization of creative and research potential of cadets. The identified set of organizational and pedagogical conditions increases the efficiency of the educational process of the National Guard University and has a positive effect on the formation of military professional motivation of cadets.
