The article discusses the organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for preparing teachers to play the role of a tutor in a general educational institution, proposes a specific way of forming these conditions, and also presents the results of a practical study of the implementation of the proposed conditions in one of the educational centers in Chelyabinsk.
