Organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparation of students of pedagogical college for demo exam according to WorldSkills Russia standards

The article actualizes the problem of using the demonstration exam according to the WorldSkills Russia standards as one of the forms of the state final certification, which allows to assess the level of professional competence of the pedagogical College graduates, substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions that need to be created in the educational process of the College in order to prepare students for the demonstration exam and describes the practical experience of the implementation of the specified conditions in the specialty of Preschool education.
