The present article characterizes and focuses on the conceptual, social, political, legal and regulatory, innovative, logistical, scientific and methodological, substantive, organizational and technological, organizational and pedagogical conditions of the modern university’s educational process development. The research suggests that a combination of the organizational and pedagogical conditions provides a transition to a sustainable development of the educational process.
