Organizational-pedagogical conditions of development of professional competence of future lawyers in the partnerships «University - employer»

The article reveals the complex of organizational and educational environment conducive to the successful development of professional competence of future lawyers in close cooperation of the university with employers. It is shown the correction of the content of education with the participation of employers, the creation of a professional and creative environment to develop professional competencies of employers involved in all stages of professional development of future professionals, exploratory teaching and professional activity of students.
