Organizational and legal methods of ensuring and protecting equal access of citizens to public service in the Russian Federation

The passage of public service includes certain stages from the appointment to the position of a civil servant to the termination or termination of the service contract. At each stage, depending on the circumstances, the violation or restriction of the rights of a civil servant may be considered as a violation of his right to equal access to public service. In this article, the authors consider judicial and non-judicial mechanisms for protecting the right to equal access of citizens to public service in the Russian Federation, as well as the activities of the institute of non-governmental human rights organizations.
