Organization and psychological characteristics of the individual manager and their influence on management effectiveness

The article discusses organization and psychological characteristics of individual managers of an industrial company, shows the evolution of these characteristics, which managers of different working groups have. It was revealed that managers, who differ from each other in terms of personal properties, have differences in the efficiency of management. The results of scientific research are given.
