Organizational and staff structure of Mordovia food industry managing and its purposes in 1950-1960

The article is devoted to the analysis of the staff structure of Mordovia Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic food industry managing in 1950-1960. The author reveals the efficiency of the staff workers activity and gives their complex estimation on the basis of the formerly unknown historic sources
