Organizational aspects of content development of master degree in direction "Library and information activities"

Phased transition of higher education of Russia in the sphere of library information activities on multilevel system on the example of a magistracy is presented in article. The substantial and competence-based analysis of the developed new educational standards is given. Blocks of obligatory (basic) disciplines, disciplines of a variable part and the elective courses included in the focused curriculum of the main educational program existing competence-based in the field of the library information activities realized in MSUC are considered. Relevance of a profiling and individual trajectory of master preparation in the Library information activities direction is emphasized. Innovations of the upgraded Federal educational standard of the higher education of the third generation (FSES-3+ HE) in the direction of preparation 51.04.06 “Library information activities” are in detail stated. The near-term outlook of transition to the staticized versions of the educational standards (FSES-3 ++) considering requirements of the professional standard of the expert in the field of library information activities and continuity of competences at various levels of the higher education is lit.
