The article examines gamification and its theoretical foundations, including transactional analysis theory, to assess the application of game mechanics in workplace settings for enhancing employee motivation. Organizational behaviour is analyzed as a key factor in selecting gamification methods, incorporating character accentuations, patterns of counterproductive behaviour, leadership styles, and change adaptability. Using the Myers-Briggs typology, the study presents a correlation matrix linking employee personality types with organizational behaviour criteria. As a practical outcome, the paper proposes a matching framework aligning gamification techniques with specific organizational behaviour characteristics.
