Organizational potential, organizational capital, resources of the company: essence and relations between the concepts in management science

The article deals with the research of relations between common types of management science: organizational potential, organizational capital, labor potential, human capital. The author expresses an idea about the essence, conditions of development and properties of the company's potential. The correlation between organizational potential and organizational capital of the company is stated by means of comparison of the properties. The author's point of view of the extended explanation of the concept of «capital» is proved.
