The organo-mineral powder of sewage sludge as a modifier of asphalt concrete binder

Experimental results to obtain composite binders based on petroleum bitumen and waste water - deposited sewage sludge (WWS) are presented. The basic physico-mechanical properties of bitumen and asphalt concrete modified by additives of sewage sludge and their constituents are analyzed. It is shown that organo-mineral powder-based salt can be considered as a modifier of asphalt that enhances the durability of the road surface in conditions of high summer temperatures.
