В работе проведен анализ современных литературных данных работ посвященных диагностике и лечению пузырно-мочеточникового рефлюкса у детей. Описаны известные методы консервативного и оперативного лечения пузырно-мочеточникового рефлюкса и дан сравнительный анализ их результатов. Оценены перспективы развития эндоскопических технологий лечения пузырно-мочеточникового рефлюкса у детей.

Operative treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children: modern state of the question

In this study we assese modern data about vesicoureteral reflux (its treatment and diagnostic technologies) in children. We describe all known metods of conservative and operative treatment and compare its effectiveness. The prospects of endoscopic correction of VUR in children are evaluated.
