Motor-third-party liability insurance in neighboring countries

MTP law of the neighboring countries is largely the same and repeats many of the norms of Russian legislation. But there are some norms that are interesting for legal science, the analysis of the appli-cation of which will be very useful in the event of their possible future introduction into domestic legislation. The unification of the legislation of the neighboring countries on MTP law agreements can be carried out both with the help of the CIS institutions and within the framework of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Belarus in the Union State, as well as in the common space of the Eurasian Economic Union.
