The article is devoted to such category as perversion of justice in instrument of proof estimation. The author asserts that these perversions can be both of a procedural nature and arise from human factor of a person gathering, verifying and weighing the evidence. The author also writes about the necessity of the analysis of a cognitive process of a person working in the legal procedure sphere.
