Grounds for the formation of modern models of personnel management of enterprises and organizations

The article analyzes the processes of formation of modern models of personnel management in enterprises and organizations. Theoretically and empirically, the need to take into account not only the state of production and technical potential, economic innovations, but also progressive models for organizing the activities of various professional, qualification and status groups of workers is revealed.
