The specifics of the ideology of American conservatism and the national idea in the United States are determined by their liberal context, as well as their Old Testament and Protestant foundations, both of which are characterized by geopolitical aggression and dual doctrine. The main tenets of American conservatism (traditionalism, libertarianism, social conservatism, neo-conservatism, paleo-conservatism, and national conservatism) are based on the stability of the fundamental triad of the “American Dream – American System – American Politics”, which is further defined by the instrumental triad of messianism, expansionism, and the “melting pot”. D. Trump’s national conservatism is essentially only partially consistent with his officially declared goals and represents a strategy of moderate globalism and the preservation of American identity as an ethno-racial and religious balance within the country and a strategy for planning and organizing external social crises and conflicts outside of direct American involvement.
