Accordingly with authors interpretation of theory crises of development (linked with a certain construction of reality reflection in the consciousness, which structure of psychological ages), the organization of consecutive levels of secondary adaptation of the de-adapted children is described. Features of application of coercive measures of educational influence to junior offenders are researched.
