The basis of termination of the right of the development of another land plot

The article considers the grounds for the termination of the right to build a foreign land plot contained in the draft Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Such a right may be terminated in connection with the expiry of the term of the contract establishing this right, by agreement of the parties or on the initiative of one of the parties. The bill also establishes a number of other grounds for the termination of the right of development, each of which is analyzed in this paper.
