Key aspects of effective career development

This article discusses the key aspects of effective career development, describes the nature and features of the construction and management of a career in modern realities. The main content of the study is a regional analysis of the attitude of respondents to a career as a fundamental value, conducted according to the results of a survey of two categories of working citizens in the region. This direction is complemented by an assessment of the structure of the individual career growth of working citizens on the peninsula. The article outlines the basic principles, factors and concept of effective career development. The idea that career development, professional development of an employee is a complex and multifaceted process, as a result of which an individual manages to maintain the quality and level of his theoretical and practical skills throughout his or her life, is substantiated.
