The article describes basic doctrinal approaches to the understanding of good behavior; their components agreed with the concept of constitutionalism are stated out. Based on these approaches, the author proposes to distinguish between static and dynamic components of the category of "good behavior." The first one consists of the characterization of good behavior as a form of behavior in general and legal behavior in particular. The second one reflects the specific legal relationship in which the behavior is implemented, namely the subject and method of legal regulation of social relations, and used sources of law at the same time. According to the author full formation of the constitutional definition of good behavior is only possible with a combination of "general theoretical" and "branch" elements in the paradigm of this concept and its study in connection with other categories of constitutional law.
