This article is devoted to the analysis of competitiveness of civil engineering firms. The classification is presented and the main factors of competitive ability of the construction industry enterprises are determined taking into account industry specifics. The conclusion is made on the interdependence of factors allowing their use in the activities of construction enterprises as a way to ensure a synergistic effect at the level of increasing their competitiveness.
