Key factors hindering the development of innovative activity entrepreneurial subjectsin Azerbaijan

Based on many years of statistical data, as well as the results of sociological studies conducted among managers and specialists, about 800 business entities in the manufacturing sector of Azerbaijan analyze the state of innovative activity of small and medium enterprises, assess the level of key indicators characterizing the innovative potential of the industry, and economic, production and other factors hindering innovation, the opinions of the respondents changes in the composition of these factors, the corresponding reserves are identified and ways of their regional use are proposed.
