The process of enterprise management requires constant co-improvement and making the appropriate changes. This fact implies the choice of an effective instrument for obtaining reliable information. As an example of such programs in the article the information system, forming relationships with customers (CRM-system) is described. The basic functions of CRM-system from the perspective of business management are defined and the analysis of the economic efficiency of this system in the activities of the company is given.
