In the article, the topics and problems of employment adaptation processes, as well as the definitions of the “adaptation” concept are considered. The point and necessity of managing adaptation process of the young employees, and the submitted factors of succesful adaptation are presented. The main tactics being used in the adaptation programs for the young employees which reduce the stuff turnover are considered, too.
