The main directions of the methodological preparation of a teacher for the regional stage of the all-Russian competition “Master of the year”

Due to the fact that the regional competition “Master of the Year” has moved to the all-Russian level, it became necessary to determine the areas of training for participants in the competition in accordance with the updated competition documentation, as well as to generalize the experience of training on the basis of the Chelyabinsk Institute of Vocational Education Development teaching staff of vocational educational organizations (VEO) to participate in the competition. This article is aimed at determining the directions of the methodological preparation of a teacher for the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Master of the Year” and the possibilities for its improvement. A direct connection has been established between the requirements of the competitive documentation and the content of the additional professional advanced training program “Training Masters of Industrial Training for the Master of the Year Competition”, implemented on the basis of Chelyabinsk Institute of Vocational Education Development. Recommendations on the work of the methodological service, VEO workers with the future contestant are presented.
