Main aspects of startup founders’ learning and prospects for development

This paper will discuss the main institutions to start-up founders’ learning, such as educational programs at universities and business incubators, and their aspects. However, approaches which these institutions use do not consider deeply the complex environment of new start-ups. This paper will also describe the theory of practice, which can be an alternative approach to start-up founders’ learning because it takes into consideration the complexity of organizations. The theory of practice is a new approach to learning; that is why it requires further research to prove its effectiveness. However, last studies demonstrate the promise of the theory of practice for start-up founders’ learning.
