The main directions of the organization of training heads of educational institutions using distance learning technologies in a regional education systemem (case study: Yamal-Neneta autonomous district)

Changes in social life have created transformations in all educational systems. Among these transformations there are transformations in the professional development system. The education modernization actualized problems of professional competence of Heads, of their training. The introduction of distance education technologies in the practice of continuing professional education contributes to the teachers professional development and to the training of teaching staff, appropriate for the contemporary socio-cultural situation and the social demand of the education system. With the development of information and modernization processes in regional education the intoduction of the distance education technologies in training institutes educational practice allows to make the learning process more flexible, convenient, practice-oriented and to reduce the cost of teachers training. The paper presents the results of the study evaluating the organization of distance training for Heads of educational institutions; the results are summarized in the form of content of organizational-pedagogical conditions for the efficiency of distance education for Heads of educational institutions from a regional perspective.
