Modern diagnosis of pathology of the digestive tract includes both use of the getting radiation, and invasive penetration (endoscopic technicians) who are combined with a research of organ-changes of a digestive tract. Unfortunately, organ function of a condition of a digestive tract, including bioelectric and biochemical processes of this most difficult system that is especially relevant in surgical practice, medical emergencies, remains to "terra incognita" for researchers.
