Main directions of improving the management of the patrol-point service of the police in ensuring public order

The article discusses various approaches to the definition of the concept of "public order". The management principles for ensuring public order are determined. It is noted that police officers need to create the most free conditions to provide a citizen, in respect of whom appropriate measures of administrative coercion are applied, with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with documents and materials affecting the rights of a citizen, especially when it comes to his personal freedom and personal inviolability.
