The main directions of education of ethnocultural responsibility in the national and cultural associations

Aktualizitsation of education of ethnocultural responsibility of the multinational population of Russia is defined by the modern national and cultural policy setting as the purpose providing the world, consent and ethnocultural development of the people of the country. In article definition of a definition "ethnocultural responsibility" from the point of view of various sciences is given, modern problems, tasks and the main activities of various ethnocultural associations are determined by education of ethnocultural responsibility. In detail the organization of the internal environment of the national cultural centers which is directed on education of ethnocultural responsibility actually of members of ethnocultural associations is considered. It is noted that here the psychological concepts of the category "responsibility" which allowed to determine some levels of education of ethnocultural responsibility and to make the program of education of this quality have special value. In article the characteristic of blocks of educational work of ethnocultural association is given. Work of the National and cultural autonomy "The Moscow Lezgians" is given as an example.
