Main scientific positions on the question of the investment right and the role of investment law in the system of Russian law

In the present article, topical questions about the place and role of investment law in the system of Russian law are examined. The existence of a dispute among domestic researchers and its subject is determined. The main attention is paid to the analysis and systematization of opinions of authors on investment law in this aspect. In conclusion, the author proposes the most objective and relevant position of the author on the issue under study.
