Basic approaches to making the accessibility of inclusive higher education by means of distance learning technologies

The article is devoted to the issues of accessibility of higher education for persons with disabilities. The effectiveness of the use of distance learning technologies to ensure the availability of inclusive higher education has been substantiated. The degree of implementation of distance technologies and digital services into the education system was analyzed based on the results of surveys of 23 universities of the partner network of Chelyabinsk State University. The study showed their weak use by universities in teaching students with disabilities, insufficient attention to the issues of ensuring the accessibility of digital educational content. The organizational and pedagogical conditions under which the use of distance educational technologies will contribute to ensuring the availability of inclusive higher education are substantiated.
