Basic principles of transformation of the content of labour of the branch of housing and operational economy

Principal approach to the new bilateral concept of transformation of the content of labour of the branch of housing and operational economy in modern economic conditions is given in the article. The author proves the necessity of developing a new concept of transformation of the content of labour, which creates a new mechanism of industrial and labour relations in enterprises of housing and operational economy. The author suggests three groups of principles, defining methodological basis for the new concept of transformation of the content and evaluation of labour of the branch of housing and operational economy.
