The author of the article defined that relevance of a research of approaches to application marketing communication the modern banks directed to establishment of stronger communications with the potential clients and expansion of their base due to bigger informing rather new banking products has increased in modern conditions. Here is revealed that in the conditions of the real market not all banks have equal conditions in use of modern communication technologies. And some of them still don't pay due attention to this kind of activity, including expenses on her unjustified and irrational. The main tendencies of development of marketing communications in the bank environment are established. The main problems constraining progressive development of marketing activity of the banks focused on the maximum satisfaction of needs of clients are designated.
