The main problems of legislative regulation of extortionate property in the Russian Federation

The article considers the problems that arise regarding the expropriated property: the place, rights and obligations of the state as an heir, the absence of legally fixed valid reasons for the heirs to skip the deadline for accepting the inheritance and the consequences of restoring these deadlines, accepting expropriated property located outside the Russian Federation. Conclusions are drawn based on the results of the study, and ways to solve the identified problems are proposed.
