The article analyzes some theoretical aspects of the legal regulation of changes in the labor contract. The concept and methods of changing the labor contract based on the analysis of literary sources and legislation are considered. The conclusion is formulated that Chapter 12 of the Labor Code provides not only ways to change an employment contract, but also related legal situations that are not ways to change an employment contract.
