There are described the basic approaches to the indicators definition for formation of an effective woods control system, there are viewed preconditions and conditions for the development of a long-term rent of forest plots as well as organizational structure and set of methods and tools of state-private partnership in the sphere of usage, preservation, protection and reproduction of woods.
