A comprehensive treatment of 186 patients with trophic ulcers of the lower extremities. Against the background of the introduction of cefotaxime lymphotropic ulcers were treated with nitric oxide from the device «Plason.» Purification of trophic ulcers in patients of the group occurred at 3.9±0.2 hours. At 7.3±0.3 day in the bottom of the ulcer granulation unit appeared bright red in the form of islands, which merge to cover the wound surface. Epithelialization of ulcers started with 7-days and took place not only on the edges, but also from the ulcer in tracks and bridges. Maximum speed epithelialization fell to 9.2±0.1 hours. In patients with a comparison group in the same period the phenomenon of inflammation persisted, there were isolated granulation and epithelialization signs were absent. Healing time in patients of the group was 15.2±0.2 day, which is 2 times less than conventional treatment. Morphometry in the dynamics showed an increase in phagocytic activity of macrophages, the active proliferation of fibroblasts, collagen synthesis, ie increase of tissue immunity under the influence of NO-therapy after 14 days of treatment and education full of granulation tissue. In the comparison group noted the appearance of macrophages and fibroblasts only to individual 26.1±0.3 days. After 15.8±0.4 days in all patients of the group completely epitelizirovalis ulcers, whereas in the control group only half of the patients was complete epithelialization of ulcers.
