Features of the administrative and legal regime for those released on сonditional early release (CER)

The article examines the specifics of the administrative-legal regime for individuals released on conditional early release (CER) in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the legal framework governing the status and behavior of those released under CER, including the duties and restrictions imposed by administrative supervision. Key challenges associated with the implementation of the administrative-legal regime are identified, and solutions aimed at improving the social adaptation and reintegration process of released individuals are proposed. Special attention is given to the need for legislative improvement and the development of comprehensive support programs that consider the individual characteristics and needs of those released under CER.
