Peculiarities of administrative and permitting activities of capital construction objects and their commissioning

This article is devoted to the study of the process of permitting the commissioning of objects and their construction, the requirements of project documentation, the development plan of the land plot and other relevant urban planning documents. From the filing of an application for the provision of a land plot for construction to the commissioning of a construction object, it takes at best 2-3.5 years. Obtaining a permit to put an object into operation certifies that the construction (or reconstruction) is completed in full compliance with the building permit, the requirements of project documentation, the development plan of the land plot and any other relevant urban planning documents. And after that, the developer can apply for cadastral measurements and registration of ownership of the new building. In accordance with Russian legislation, the construction of facilities is a complex, multi-stage process that requires a lot of time and effort, as well as special knowledge and skills.
