Peculiarities of clinical, biochemical, immunological parameters of chronic viral hepatitis B and C in children depending on the activity of hepatic inflammation were studied in 55 children aged between 6 and 17 years having chronic viral hepaties B and C and in 25 healthy controls. Significant change of albumini, gamma-globulini, thymol test depending on the activity of hepatic inflammation was detected. Concentration of CD3, CD4, CD8-cells was reduced while those of CD16-cells as well as CIC was increased in all patients. Concentration of cytokines IL-1beta, FNO-alpha, IL-6 was increased while INF-y was decreased. The study revealed definite association between cytokine parameters and inflammatory activity of the disease.
