The sea-buckthorn berry peculiarities that are the richest source of the biologically active substances are considered in the article. The author states that the biochemical composition knowledge of the sea-buckthorn growing in various regions, is the basis for the natural vegetative raw material rational use, and promotes the functional products range increase.
