Professional elections of future specialists are determined by the influence of social factors and their own system of values and motivation. Value-motivational sphere of the individual determines the strategy of behavior in the process of professionalization and undergoing a transformation as the development of the profession. The article discusses the results of a study to determine the characteristics of value-motivational sphere of personality future psychologists at three stages of their professionalization - option, training, professional adaptation. In line with the structural model of the value-motivational sphere of personality were examined its components (the needs, values, personality factors, motives in the context of professional life) and the relationship between them. The study revealed significant differences in the structural components of the value-motivational sphere of future psychologists at various stages of professionalization.
