Introduction. Under consideration is the problem of studying the peculiarities of value orientations of juveniles who attempted suicide. A difficult age period, the experience of identity crisis, interpersonal and intra-family conflicts and other factors serve as a favourable ground for the development of juveniles’ potentially dangerous tendencies to suicide. During adolescence, value orientations are actively consolidated and the orientation of the juvenile's personality is formed. Hence there arises the interest in this age group as the most unpredictable, capable of being guided by emotions and, thus, detached from the realities of life. This form of behaviour most often characterizes juveniles with suicidal tendencies, whose life values significantly differ from their peers with normal type. The purpose is to reveal value orientations of juveniles who attempted suicide.
